1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the BlackSpectron Neural Fabric or using any part of our ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. License to Build
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our AI orchestration tools to generate software, manage logic, and deploy applications.
3. Acceptable Use
The platform must not be used for generating malicious code, unauthorized deepfakes, or high-frequency trading logic that violates international regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
Code generated by our AI is owned by the user. The underlying neural architecture and fabric logic remain the sole property of BlackSpectron.
5. Product-Specific Terms
BlackSpectron Chat: Users are responsible for all conversational prompts and automation scripts run via the chat interface.
BlackSpectron Code: The multi-agent swarm operates inside sandboxed containers. Users must not attempt to bypass container security or run malicious payloads.
BlackSpectron Arc Browser: Arc Browser utilizes local search routing. We do not inspect or store browsing history, but sync data is encrypted on the Neural Fabric.
BlackSpectron Orbit OS: Orbit OS requires a unified account to sync workspace memory across nodes. Users are responsible for maintaining credential secrecy.
BlackSpectron CoWork: Collaborative real-time canvases are shared with active AI agents. Users must manage workspace invitations responsibly.
