1. Data Collection & Telemetry

At BlackSpectron, we collect minimal telemetry data required to optimize the routing and logic of the Neural Fabric. When you use the BlackSpectron Studio or our APIs, we log execution metrics, latency, and error rates to ensure system uptime.

2. Use of Information

The data collected is utilized solely for maintaining operational integrity, billing management, and improving orchestration logic.

3. Data Sharing

BlackSpectron does not sell, rent, or lease customer data. Your proprietary code generated via the ecosystem remains entirely yours.

4. Security Infrastructure

All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Data in transit is secured via TLS 1.3. For Enterprise tier clients, we offer isolated compute environments.

5. Product Privacy Safeguards

BlackSpectron Studio: Studio compile logs, environment variables, and live sandboxed previews are encrypted in transit and at rest. Codebases compiled are owned 100% by the user.

BlackSpectron Chat: Chat logs, prompts, and context profiles are kept in isolated databases and are never used to train global neural weights without user consent.

BlackSpectron Code: Code Swarm assets, automated unit tests, and terminal sessions are stored in ephemeral Docker containers and permanently wiped when deactivated.

BlackSpectron Arc: Arc web summaries, search queries, and local user browser profiles are kept strictly client-side. Sync features use zero-knowledge end-to-end encryption.

BlackSpectron Orbit: Orbit OS local workspace memory vectors and resource usage logs are fully isolated on virtualized hardware clusters.

BlackSpectron CoWork: Collaborative editor logs, canvas notes, and peer chat files are encrypted with secure user session keys.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
