Commission Based Sales Associate

The Opportunity

Your primary mission is to generate revenue by driving adoption of the BlackSpectron AI Suite. You will identify high-value opportunities, pitch the platform to founders, agencies, and enterprises, and negotiate deals.

Compensation Structure

This is a **high-incentive, commission-based remote role**. You will earn a direct percentage of all revenue generated from the subscriptions, credits, or enterprise contracts you secure. The specific commission split percentage and terms will be selected and finalized during the hiring/contract process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify leads (founders, agencies, startups, enterprises).
  • Deliver compelling product demos of the BlackSpectron neural workspace (Studio, Chat, Code, Orbit, Arc, CoWork).
  • Own the sales cycle from initial contact to close.
  • Provide input on sales collaterals, pricing metrics, and market demands.
